2,000 mg L-citrulline DL-malate and 1,850 mg CarnoGen® beta-alanine per 10 g scoop. Two central components of the pre-workout blend.

L-Carnitine + Acetyl L-Carnitine

1,850 mg L-carnitine and 500 mg acetyl L-carnitine (ALC) provide two distinct forms of carnitine within the formula.

Caffeine + L-Tyrosine

200 mg caffeine anhydrous and 500 mg L-tyrosine per serving. Caffeine helps increase alertness and improve concentration.

Bitter Orange + Green Tea

300 mg Citrus aurantium extract standardized to 8% synephrine, paired with 250 mg green tea extract. Botanical ingredients included in the SHREDZ blend.

Choline Bitartrate + Garcinia

200 mg DL-choline bitartrate and 100 mg Garcinia cambogia extract, included alongside the main amino-acid-related ingredients.

Serving suggestion

Mix 1 scoop (10 g) with 300 ml water in a shaker and consume approximately 30 minutes before training. One scoop equals one serving.
