L-Leucine / L-Isoleucine / L-Valine

The three branched-chain amino acids form the BCAA core: 2,000 mg L-leucine, 500 mg L-isoleucine and 500 mg L-valine per serving.

Threonine / Phenylalanine

The formula also contains 800 mg threonine and 500 mg phenylalanine, both named in the amino acid profile.

DL-Methionine / Tryptophan / Histidine

Further listed amino acids are 200 mg DL-methionine, 200 mg tryptophan and 100 mg histidine per scoop.

Taurine / L-Glutamine

Includes 1,000 mg taurine and 500 mg L-glutamine per serving as complementary components of the blend.
